Working together to preserve the treasures
                 of the Morongo Basin

    Tuesday August 17, 2010 Open Space Group Meeting

    PROGRAM: Conservation Tools to Protect our Basin's Treasures

    We will review the results of parcel anlaysis from our Conservation Prioirty Setting project and hear about the progress at Sky's the Limit Observatory and Nature Center in Twentynine Palms.

    Meeting will be held from 1 - 3 PM at the Yucca Valley Community Center in the Yucca Room

    Every day wildlife are killed on California's roads and highways. The California Roadkill Observation System is designed to allow you to record your roadkill observations.  These observations will help in the development of innovative ideas and methods for reducing roadkill.
